International scientists seem, to me, to lack firm advice about when a COVID patient is no longer infectious. I recently studied a 80 y.o. doctor who became ill over one day & had a + COVID test. By day 8, bad symptoms had dissipated. Serial COVID tests became unwaveringly negative on day #11. It seems to me a confident clinical statement is that on day #11 “the patient became non-infectious”.
