I am low in vitamin d by 23 on lab results. everything else was fine on the test. i have 2000 iu in supplement in gummy form but should i take 1 or 2 daily? i also have pkd- which maybe could have caused the deficiency - my pkd condition is watched?

With that level you only need 2,000 IU/day to bring the level above 30 within 3 months or a loading dose of 4,000 IU/day x one month then 2,000 IU/day will bring the level above 30 quicker. PKD does not affect your vitamin D3 level. Only does advanced CKD due to PKD will affect ACTIVE D3 level.
