If your Calcium level is normal, then I would not worry about a low PTH. I suggest that PTH level and calcium levels be rechecked in 6 months. You should also consult a Endocrinologist for further advice.

Your vitamin D level is still subnormal. You should take 2000--4000 units of vitamin D3 daily. Low PTH is not an issue. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
