IBS (a mainly functional bowel problem) does not have the lesions as described.

Your changes are definitely suggesting inflammatory bowel disease with etiology to be further determined, such changes are not compatible with irritable bowel. Having your gastroenterologist review findings and make further recommendations would be best.
