You have Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBS, either Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis) a serious bowel problem, not Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), a relatively benign bowel condition. You should be followed and treated with a gastrointestinal specialist.

Definitely an inflammatory bowel disease appears likely with many other possibilities in the differential, including infectious or drug related for example. Tight follow up with both your primary care doc and gastroenterologist is recommended.
