About

Bio

I am a graduate of Carol Davila University of Medicine and Pharmacy Bucharest (1994). After graduating I have completed a Hematology- Transfusion Medicine Residency at Fundeni Hospital in Bucharest. In 2000 I have relocated to US becoming enrolled in the Biophysics Program at The Ohio State University, where I defended my Master Thesis in June 2003. Same year I started an Internal Medicine Residency at Huron Hospital, part of the Cleveland Clinic Health System. After completing my Residency I have worked in outpatient/ inpatient settings in Kentucky, North Carolina and Syracuse, NY. In 2015 I have joined Cleveland Clinic Palliative Medicine as a fellow and I am now collaborating with different institutions in Syracuse in providing care for some of our most vulnerable patients.
