Recently diagnosed with active colitis, acute cryptitis, acute abscess in both colon and rectum. doc believes crohns disease small intestine. i may be anemic too...rbc 3.47, hemoglobin 10.7,hematocrit 32.4. no periods for months. sound like anemia?

Does ulcer in your terminal illeum from crohns heal, without medication? Year ago had ulcer in a ending colon/terminal ileum/chronic active colitis,crypt abscesses/crpytitis. Capsule endoscopy came back , and doc said everything clean. No crohns.now?
2 CBC tests showed low RBC (3.77) hemoglobin (11) and hematocrit (32.5!) 2 docs and 1 neuro said that's normal. Anemia? Other causes of these levels?
