Best to see a chest specialist for exam and diagnosis. Good luck.

The resolving COVID infection is often associated with nodular findings on CT scan. Malignancy and other infections should be ruled out. A sample of lung fluid obtained by bronchoscopy is often indicated. Please discuss whether a Bronchoscopy with cytologic analyst and screening for infection is indicated. A TB test may also be obtained by lab testing.
