You don't mention what your resting heart rate and your BP are. Hopefully you're followed& advised about your thyroid status by an endocrinologist as multinodular thyroids are unusual in males. Sometimes one of the nodules can be overactive. Muscle twitching is seen in calcium or magnesium deficiency but your calcium is elevated& may cause twitching also. You've been tested for hyperparathyroidism
