Constant bounding pulse, can see it everywhere, suprasternal notch, abs, arms. chest ct, echo, holter, cbc/urine norm w diff but calci .3 out of range. nontoxmng w 9 nodules. thy lvls normal, heavy muscle twitches. long covid or vax reaction? ideas?

You don't mention what your resting heart rate and your BP are. Hopefully you're followed& advised about your thyroid status by an endocrinologist as multinodular thyroids are unusual in males. Sometimes one of the nodules can be overactive. Muscle twitching is seen in calcium or magnesium deficiency but your calcium is elevated& may cause twitching also. You've been tested for hyperparathyroidism
