Mgt: Pleural tags may be caused by a number of conditions related to infection, inflammation and scarring. If you have risk factors for lung cancer please have an appointment with a Pulmonologist.

CT-No masses, nodules, effusion or infiltrate. Evaluation of the lungs reveals mild nonspecific dependent changes posteriorly in the lower lobes with mild interlobular changes not excluded. What does that indicate? Does that mean pleural thickening?
