The heart: is included in the chest CT but the only information of any use is CORONARY CALCIFICATIONS ( VERY UNLIKELY at your age!) The chest pain remains unexpla1ned and probably NOT related to your infection EXCEPT ...COUGHING..and pulling some INTERCOSTAL muscles...very common in upper respiratory viral infections...this would not "show" on CT scans!
