Usually none: A pancoast tumor (name of radiologist who described it), is a tumor involving a specific site in the lung, but it does not give the specific type. Usually they are adenocarcinoma or squamous cell carcinoma, but you need a biopsy to prove this. Do you smoke? You are young for a lung cancer, even though you have thallasemia. Do not worry until a biopsy and ct have been performed.

None: Labs wil not be of much use. Need a ct or pet and ultimately a biopsy if those are suspicious. Best to you.
