Nine months ago i had transvaginal ultrasound of my pelvis with all findings normal along with normal pap test. is it possible for symptomatic ovarian or pelvic cancer to develop in nine months? i am working with my pcp on symptoms of perimenopause?

Hi, I had a slightly raised Ca125 of 50, I had a pelvic ultrasound and it was clear. Pap HPV negative. Would transabdominal ultrasound show cancer of ovaries or endometrium? Or is transvaginal required? I was not offered this?
