If i had transvaginal ultrasound 9 months ago that was all clear, is it possible to develop ovarian cancer in that time? i am having symptoms likely of perimenopause but i am worried about cancer and not sure my doctor will order another ultrasound?

Ovarian is very less likely with a negative vaginal ultrasound 9 months ago. People do not have any symptom in early phase of ovarian cancer and that's why ovarian cancer is a deadly disease because the diagnosis is usually made at very late stage.
