I think im in perimenopause. is it normal for cycles to fluctuate between 15 and 65 days during this time? had ovarian ultrasound and pap test 9 months ago all normal. wondering if irregular cycles now are menopause related or something concerning?

Your symptoms could well be a manifestation of peri-menopausal state. Your doctor and do hormonal test to assess that. In the meantime do take contraceptive precautions.
