My wife has had the following tests done for infertility: hsg, day 3 ovarian reserve testing, pelvic and transvaginal ultrasounds, pap smears. are there any other tests she will need to do if we go to an re? all test results have been normal.

So far so good: Male partners need to be evaluated with semen analysis, this is usually one of the first tests done. On the female side laparoscopy is an important part of the workup to identify pelvic peritoneal problems, although usually it's done after the above tests.
