Yes: She will need to see what her amh level is for another test of ovarian reserve. She can do ovulation predictor kits to see if she ovulated. A Progesterone level 7 days after ovulation will help as well. She can get a TSH and prolactin level as well. Then you both can have a consult with her md about options.

Female age is: Still a major factor. Check AMH level. Don’t delay with treatments since success rates diminish greatly with age.
