Female 38yrs dermatology prescribed lymecycline in the past about 6 mths ago and it worked well on se asian tan skin.had recent flare up am concerned to use lymecycline too often being antibiotic how many times a year could i safely use it for acne?

Some people may have to used a maintenance dose of this type of antibiotic for preventing acne outbreak. You can retake this medication intermittently if you wish when you have an outbreak. Remember to avoid prolonged sun exposure and watch for common side effects such as diarrhea, urogenital yeast infection.
