Acne: This is not a drug that is normally used in US and I don't think it is approved in US, so I don't have any experience with this combination treatment. The drugs in this combination are generally for tx of PCOS related acne and it manipulates your hormones. You should have had hormonal levels checked and followed on this medication and have a detailed talk with your doc about potential side effects

About 7 days: I am not familiar with this medication in that I have never prescribed it. My guess is you should begin to see improvement by 2 weeks. It is very important, however, to follow the instructions and precautions for this medicine & to keep your followup appointment, which I believe would be 2-4 weeks after your treatment was started. Hope that helps.
