Patience, Patience : Acne is a common skin condition with variable degrees of expression. You don't mention your age. You say you have used Accutane for a year. That is usually only used for someone with severe cystic acne. Also, it has teratogenic effects and is stored in fat so don't get pregnant for a while. See a good dermatologist to better manage your acne.
