I am se asian.issues in past suspected discoid lupus, referal to dermatology with all the work up testing blood test only found thalassemia trait.the past few mths feel itchy all over and have acne on face in my mid 30's now itchy in ears ,help!

What would cause a an itchy, spreading rash on ears, face, neck and cause ears to swell? Allergic reaction ruled out. Blood work normal.
