Bleeding post: menopause is never a normal occurrence. You will need transvaginal ultrasound to evaluate your endometrial thickness / stripe and consider endometrial biopsy if bleeding continues. Hormonal changes are the most likely culprit, though at 58 years young, there are few causes that are considered "benign". Please see your GYN as soon as possible.
