I had a sibo test & its positive. i have pain in my upper right of the abdomen and mostly all symptoms of liver flukes. i think ive seen them in my stool. i got sick in mxico a few years back from juice at a mayan town. how is this diagnosed?

What you described does not add up logically. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor, preferably a GI specialist. Wish you good health!
