Inflammation or IBS?: IBS is not an inflammatory condition, so if there is doubt as the diagnosis or a new inflammatory condition is present, please get re-evaluated. There are many promising new agents for relief of IBS symptoms, but first clarify that IBS is indeed the active condition causing your present symptoms please.
