I always feel like something slowly releasing from my anus, mostly with smell. those don't seem like farts. i get smell even after bowel emptying and whenever i eat something. can this be a leaky gut or sibo. my stool test came normal btw?

Your symptoms aren't characteristic of leaky gut or SIBO. They are more specific to the rectum or anus. In my opinion, a proctologist would be best to evaluate and advise you. Appropriate testing will be done.
