I had ibs/sibo and am better but when i walk to much now i have lower abdomen pain. can excessive long lasting diarrhea cause an abdominal strain?

Not usually.: There is not usually a connection between IBS and muscular pain of the abdomen, worsened with exertion. Perhaps you could have an inguinal hernia or an injury to the lower abdomen, but these are not usually brought on by excessive diarrhea. If it persists, I would you see your doctor to have him examine that region. Good luck.
