Blood work confirmed high liver enzymes. may have sibo, i did have h pylori, i have ibs and pcos and gastritis. found eggs in stool and was going to test for a parasite. if your liver is in a chronic state but you have a parasite how do you treatit?

I have high liver enzymes, pcos, gastritis, etc...Can I eat skinny pop once and a while or avoid always? try to not make exceptions since it's a lifestyle change. Doesn't seem to effect me negatively though?

Unexplained inflamed colon: C-Scopy clear, diviutlitus found; G-bladder Ok, No SIBO, No coeliac or similar, No IBS. Being tested for H.pylori, no blood inflam, values ok. RUQ colon wound like painful with inflam after 10 months - please help?

2-3x/day for 2 days: excruciating, sharp, stabbing pain in lower left abdomen and rectum, relieved by bowel movement, passing gas or walking. Colonoscopy 1 yr ago was normal. No nausea/vomiting/fever/blood in stool. Could this be gastritis or IBS?
