I'm not aware of liver complications, but untreated long term sibo can lead to malnutrition because of malabsorption of nutrients. Also various intestinal uncomfortable symptoms are a problem. I don't think that your nipple or blood sugar issues are related to sibo. Gastroenterologists have more experience with sibo than other clinicians.
