Your PSA kevel is normal. You aready have been examined by a Urologist and he founda lump in the prostate.Did the urologist recommend biopsy of the lump? A lump on prostate id usually a nodule and it can be cancerous. You need to follow up with your Urologist for Lump/nodule to rule out Cancer by doing biopsy. With a lump on digital exam he must have told you if you need biopsy or follow up.

If by 'lump' you mean a nodule then it should be biopsied. The likelihood of having cancer is like flipping a coin. Also family history of Ca of breast or prostate matters. I would recommend doing it.
