Very good evening doctors. i am 62 years old my psa is 1.32. how often should i recheck psa (and get a digital rectal examination) to make sure that psa is not rising for prostate cancer screening?

Your PSA level is fine. So you do not need to do anything about this. An annual physical exam and overall health check up is advisable. You are unlikely to have a problem with your prostate gland/PSA.
