The most common cause for a man at your age is benign prostatic hypertrophy (BPH). If that is the case, symptoms will be slow initiation, weak stream, sometimes interrupted flow, feeling of incompleteness after voiding and frequency. High PSA level, up to 10, may be present in BPH as well. Prostate cancer can have sx similar to BPH. Bladder cancer usually manifest with hematuria as the first sx.

Frequency of urination is a non-specific symptom and occurs in many conditions of the bladder, prostate and other conditions and is not caused by high PSA, and by prostate cancer only if it causes obstruction to urine flow.
