Prostatitis can raise the PSA. It also is raised from infection or inflammation. A raised PSA should be evaluated by a urologist. It is not common for someone to have prostate cancer with a PSA of 1.32, see your urologist.

IT is rare but possible if your previous PSA level was much lower, e.g. less than 0.5 one year earlier. Good luck with the biopsy.
