Either due to bladder outlet syndrome although prostate is not enlarged or chronic kidney disease (CKD) related nocturia. With the former, urine flow is not strong and volume is low each void (much less than 150 cc), with CKD, flow is normal and volume is 200 cc or more, nocturnal polyuria (a lot of urine at night) is a hallmark of CKD. You are taking meds but I assume no diuretic in the evening.

Size of the prostate does not co-relate with symptoms. You should see a Urologist and have some blood and urine tests. In the meantime reduce fluids at night. If you are taking a 'waterpill'(diuretic) don't take it after 4pm. Hope you feel better
