Effective way to lower blood pressure? im a 33 year old male. 65 -253 lbs. 38 waist size. bp averages at about 126/77. pulse a bit higher for whatever reason at about 106 bpm. doc says meds could be next i absolutely dont want to be on meds! ty?

Be certain they are using a cuff large enough for you arm. To do this accurately they must measure your arm circumference at the middle of you arm hanging down. Too small a cuff could be the cause of this If you get one for home be certain it comes with right size cuff for you.
