What do you recommend for persistently elevated PSA (8-9) with multiple negative prostate biopsies and negative prostate MRI?
I done my annual check up this year and my PSA level was elevated to 6.7 .in past 10 years my PSA always been above 4.0 . I did CT scan on my prostate three years ago and everything was normal no cancer now I am thinking maybe I should do biopsy ?
Psa 106 8 months prostate cancer. done biopsy,CT scan,chest x-ray, bodyscan. Everything clear cancer only in prostate. Dr Want petscan (doesn't understand why high psa with no spread) Is there need for petscan? other reasons for high PSA?
I have high psa. Mri done in uk and scheduled for biopsy. Us doctor also recommends a prostate biopsy. Is there significant difference b/n uk and us?
