I have a hiatal hernia and esophagitis. i cant get relief at night. i take esomeprazole and use antacids. i sleep elevated, i dont eat after 7pm. i dont eat any trigger foods either. pain at night, severe nausea. throat feels tight to. need relief?

Whenever there is no response to therapy, the initial diagnosis has to be questioned and other conditions considered in the differential, your gastroenterologist remains your best resource.
