Have a sliding hiatal hernia, esophagitis and gastritis. 4 years now. the last week its been the worst its ever been. i always feel severely nauseous, especially at night. like the reflux is stuck in my throat. i dont know how to remedy this?

You should avoid spices, eat well chewed small meals, take prescribed antacids and meds. If still not better see your Satro MD again. Hope you feel better

Besides taking medication(s) and watch your foods, do not forget anti-reflux measures: small and frequent meals are better than big meals, do not go to bed within 2 hours of dinner, and raise the head of your bed up at least 6-8 inches with brick blocks if you have not done yet.
