Have a hiatal hernia and esophagitis. at night i feel like i cant breathe and gives me severe nausea. sometimes it comes and goes every 5 min. not sure what to do as its giving me anxiety, i cant cope with it. makes me panic. do they cause this?

Pl see a gastroenterologist for the treatment will depend on the degree of the hernia and symptoms. Hope you feel better. In the meantime stay on your meds, eat light well chewed small meals meals. Hope you feel better.
