Been having severe nausea with gas. also have a dry mouth. i have a hiatal hernia and esophagitis, is that whats causing it or could it be something else? dont know what to do as this causes anxiety at night for me?

A documented hiatal hernia with esophagitis may contribute to the symptoms described, but can also result from an acquired lack of the enzyme to cleave lactose, found in dairy products. See a GI physician for evaluation and guidance.
