Myocarditis test done. *ecg. normal with sinus arrhythmia *echo normal but type 2 diastolic dysfunction *sed rate 22 h *crp 3.70 h *troponin 0.011 normal with these results could 8 have myocarditis and could diastolic dysfunction improve. thanks?

Unfortunately, you did not state medical history which is very important when test results are interpreted. If this person has Covid-19 infection, high ESR and CRP are common. Tropin, EKG and Echocardiogram results are not consistent with myocarditis and diastolic dysfunction is commonly present in hypertensive patients.
