EXG: Specifics matter ;which leads on ECG were inverted;why did you need an ECG in the first place? The ordering physician is your initial best resource for answers;myocarditis is in the long differential as is a normal ECG

29 y. Pregnant with heart palpitations, ECG showed non-specific ST-T wave abnormalities.( T wave inverted). Very anxious during ECG. Troponin, CXR, BNP all negative. Following up with cardio and I am very scared this means something bad?
Does a normal ekg and a normal troponin rule out myocarditis? What about an echocardiogram ?
