It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Did you reach your target heart rate during your treadmill stress test? Sometimes we perform a symptom limited stress test that goes beyond your target heart rate. If you had no chest discomfort or ischemic ST segment abnormalities it's safe to say you have no significant coronary blockages & I believe you're experiencing noncardiac symptoms. A chest X-Ray is worthwhile. Anxiety may play a role.
