Your ejection fraction is normal and does not need to be reduced. Sinus arrhythmias are common and it is likely that anxiety is exacerbating your symptoms. Follow up with your cardiologist will help in clarifying your symptoms.

Ejection fraction of 81 % may simply be a reflection of anxiety and does not need to be lowered. Palpitations and shortness of breath are symptoms that need to be evaluated more fully and this is best done by the doctor who ordered the echo since he/she has important clinical information . Please seek the opinion of the doctor who ordered the echo or request evaluation by a cardiologist. Good luck
