My hunch is that it is "long COVID-19" but check with your Mo Dr who will know what is going around there. Remind those in MO that more need to get vaccine for COVID-19 to stop the pandemic. Good luck.

In view of these ongoing symptoms I would expect abnormalities to be present in his EKG and echocardiogram which would indicate some degree of myocardial damage from his myocarditis. If his cardiac monitoring demonstrates actual cardiac arrhythmias, this would also be caused by cardiac damage. However,his treating cardiologist,knowing his cardiac status as well as all test results is best answer

A change in his condition should be further evaluated by Cardiology. A PCR COVID 19 test is recommended. Other causes include pneumonia. Watch for signs of shortness of breath, swelling and fatigue.
