There are many: causes of inverted Twaves on an EKG including being a normal variant for you. Myocarditis, stroke, chemical or metabolic abnormalities and NORMAL. If this is highly concerning for you make an appointment with a cardiologist for an evaluation.

Does a normal ekg and a normal troponin rule out myocarditis? What about an echocardiogram ?
29 y. Pregnant with heart palpitations, ECG showed non-specific ST-T wave abnormalities.( T wave inverted). Very anxious during ECG. Troponin, CXR, BNP all negative. Following up with cardio and I am very scared this means something bad?
