I have a severe allergy to eggs and need a doctors note for it to give to my school for the new year, i have to do it every year and have past notes for the last 2 years but dont have a pcp right now. can i get a doctors note for this here?

Unfortunately not. Explain to the school your situation and that egg allergy does not go away from year to year. Good luck

Not on the free HealthTap platform that is intended for general public guidance and education.Best would be to establish with a primary care doc that based on previous records can pick your preventive care as well and confirm if needed previous conditions if you cannot provide any evidence for them.
