No: Children can grow out of allergy after a few years. Zyrtec (cetirizine) does not make allergies go away under any circumstance. It does block the hormone histamine that is released during an allergic reaction that can cause trouble. It's good the allergies are gone, but make sure you confirm this with your allergist before giving her the items. Peanut allergy especially rarely goes away quickly.
