New doc need to know: Your new doc would ideally want to know who you saw, what you were diagnosed with, what tests you had, if any, and what medications you tried, and which ones worked or did not work. They will also want to review what your symptoms feel like, how often you have them, your family history, your allergies, etc. If you have this prepared before your visit it would help.
