You appear to be developing a pattern of "Chronic Daily Headaches", and sometimes this is due to constant use of analgesics such as tylenol. At this point, you need a more focused approach from a neurologist, as headaches can be triggered by many events, and a specific diagnosis needs to be pinned down.

intermittent headaches for 2-3 weeks is NOT chronic headaches. Your symptom pattern suggests possible cervical headache--that is your upper back of neck pain could be pinching on the top cervical nerve causing the headache on the same side. Excessive stress can certainly make any type of headache worse. Try some Motrin/aleve, warm massage to the neck area. If not better, consult doc. Good luck
