Antibiotics : If you haven't tried them yet, it time for a day day course of antibiotics maybe longer. I would add Mucinex (guaifenesin) d and a sinus rinse to that regimen. Recommend you see your md again.

What could cause Episodes of all day bothersome dizziness in the head (NO vertigo or spinning) &lightheadedness & then followed by entire inner head pressure or pressure at back of head and squeezing sensation at neck. NO headaches?
I mistakenly hit myself on forehead a few times open handed. A day later, after working outside all day at my job, I started feeling dizzy/lightheaded hours later. There was a headache but that went away. Just head pressure and lightheadedness now.
