For a while i had sinus pressure. doc said sinuses were swollen and gave me a steroid shot. but its back along with headaches and slight lightheadedness if i move my head from side to side. this has been going on now for over a month. otc meds don't seem

Antibiotics : If you haven't tried them yet, it time for a day day course of antibiotics maybe longer. I would add Mucinex (guaifenesin) d and a sinus rinse to that regimen. Recommend you see your md again.

I mistakenly hit myself on forehead a few times open handed. A day later, after working outside all day at my job, I started feeling dizzy/lightheaded hours later. There was a headache but that went away. Just head pressure and lightheadedness now.
